Documents for AGM

With our Annual General Meeting coming up on Thursday 16 March 2017, the Committee

has decided  not to print out copies of the documents that will be used at the meeting. 

We would  be very grateful if you could print out these documents yourselves

 or bring along a tablet.  Electronic copies of the draft minutes from 

last year's AGM can be found here and the Agenda can be found here.                                                             Just to save time on the night, we would appreciate it if you could all read through

the draft minutes prior to the meeting.
