Surrey Championships 2017 - Week 1

Kingston Royals swimmers started the Surrey County Champs 2017 with a bang on Sunday, 29th January. The events that were raced yesterday were the 800m and 1500m Freestyle for County A Swimmers and the 400m Freestyle and 400m Individual Medley for County B Swimmers.  This was the first time swimming these events Long Course for the majority of the swimmers:-

County A Results - 1500m Freestyle

Congratulations to our two County A swimmers:-

Yahia Makky who came 6th in the 1500m Freestyle (15 years); and

Blu Edmunds who came 7th in the 1500m Freestyle (17 & Over).

County B Results - 400m Freestyle

Well done to our medal winner:-

Yahia Makky - Gold (15 Years)

and also to our County B swimmers who finished in the top 8:-

Zach Austin placed 4th (13 Years)

Mack Downey placed 4th (14 Years)

Luke Houllier placed 5th (15 Years)

Jack Wardell placed 7th (13 Years)
