Canadian Olympic swimming champion Penny Oleksiak suspended for two years over anti-doping whereabouts failures

Canada's most decorated female Olympian, Penny Oleksiak, has accepted a two-year suspension from competition due to anti-doping whereabouts rule violations. The ban, retroactive from July 2025 to July 2027, stems from three failures to report her location. Oleksiak maintains she is a clean athlete, but the violations compromised drug testing, leading to the sanction.
