Swim Ireland is delighted to once again be part of Sport Ireland’s Her Outdoors Week for 2025 (11–17 August). This national campaign encourages all women and girls to embrace the outdoors, try something new, celebrate freedom, and have fun while discovering the benefits of outdoor activities.
Her Outdoors Week celebrates everything the outdoors has to offer, and Swim Ireland is encouraging the women and girls of Ireland to #FindYourOutdoors.
Swim Ireland has a full schedule of activities planned throughout the week across several locations.
