European Aquatics ready to develop next generation of water polo players
The countdown is on to European Aquatics’ eagerly-awaited water polo development camp, which is being held in Bulgaria this summer.
Young players (junior men and women aged U12 to U14) from across the continent will be heading to Kranevo from June 24-30 to train at the city’s state-of-the-art facilities alongside a team of world-class coaches, and there is still time to sign up for this unique event.
Federations, clubs and players looking to improve their water polo technique and skills can still apply for this not-to-be-missed opportunity, and more information about what participants can expect – including eight hours of pool time per day – can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
European Aquatics has extended the deadline and is allowing subsequent applications from all parties, but places are filling up and only a limited number of spaces remain available, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Aspiring young coaches, referees and table officials are also invited to attend, as there will be daily sessions specifically designed to enhance their abilities on the pool deck as well.
Top-tier water polo professionals will deliver this exciting development camp at the Aqualife Sport and Hotel Complex in Kranevo and every effort has been made to keep costs as affordable as possible without compromising on excellence.
The price for each participant – whether a player, coach, or official – is €900, which will cover lodging, airport transfers, a welcome gift, medical support, and expert tuition from leading water polo figures.
For safety and comfort, coaches from the same clubs as the children are encouraged to attend, particularly for those who do not speak English well. Team leaders as companions will also have the option to stay in hotels if necessary.
