About Swim Ulster:
Swim Ulster is the regional governing body for aquatics in Ulster and an integral part of Swim Ireland. With a deep commitment to promoting and developing aquatic sports in the region, we strive to create opportunities for individuals to enjoy the benefits of aquatic activities.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Schools and Community Development Officer with a strong focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving EDI initiatives in aquatics across Ulster, particularly in schools and local communities. The successful candidate will play a key role in making aquatics accessible to all and fostering an inclusive environment.
