Hope that you are well and keeping up the kayaking. Further to your comment on my website, I decided, with the help of my Kayaker Audra, that I would write a post jsut about support for kayakers. As you mention, there is loads of information on swimming and also Support whilst using a big motorised boats but kayaking is a shole new ball game and you are right, not a lot of information out there.

I hope that the post of Kayak support essentials helps you out and I wish you luck in your kayaking endeavors. Just go out and enjoy it, it is a lovely experience for both swimmer and kayaker.
