Report Musah expecting first Nottingham Forest offer
Nottingham Forest are getting ready to make their first formal offer for Milan midfielder Yunus Musah, claim reports in Italy.
The USMNT player is not part of new coach Max Allegri’s plans and has been on the market all summer, but so far there have been no deals made.
Napoli had been in advanced negotiations and saw their proposal rejected at €25m.
Musah targeted by Premier League clubs
Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Ham United, and Nottingham Forest showed interest too over the last few weeks, although they were also unwilling to meet the €30m asking price including add-ons.
Now La Gazzetta dello Sport’s Milan correspondent Luca Bianchin suggests that Nottingham Forest are getting ready to make a genuine offer for Musah.
It remains to be seen if this will be sufficient, but the Premier League side has been keeping a very close eye on Serie A this pre-season.
They also made bids for Juventus players Douglas Luiz and Timothy Weah, as well as signing Dan Ndoye from Bologna.
