ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ Panel Predicts Patriots’ First-Round Pick

The New England Patriots are just hours away from the opportunity to draft another impact player with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Offensive line, particularly a left tackle, remains the consensus for New England as the clock ticks down for the start of the draft. That remains the same around the media and ESPN’s “College GameDay” panel took their swing at predicting who the Patriots will take during their pre-draft coverage.

Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit and Nick Saban all predicted that the Patriots will select Will Campbell at No. 4 overall while former New England receiver Joey Galloway has Missouri offensive tackle Armand Membou as the pick.

Campbell and Membou each earned heavy pre-draft analysis on NESN.com as potential options to protect Patriots franchise quarterback Drake Maye.

The 2025 NFL Draft begins Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET.
