Gallery: Another Triple Session In The Netherlands

David Gray continued to work his players hard during pre-season as they had another triple session in the Netherlands.

On day five the players, once again, cycled to their training base before under-going intense, small-sided sessions led by Head Coach David Gray. The players worked through tactical based exercises that focused on playing through the lines.

After lunch, the players hit the gym working closely with the Club’s sports scientists and fitness coaches.

Following the gym, they were back on the pitch again with our Head Coach as they went through a tactical run-through ahead of the friendly against PAOK on Saturday.
