T.J. Warren Out Remainder of Year

0 14

The Indiana Pacers confirmed that they would be without small forward T.J. Warren for the remainder of the year.

Warren injured his foot during training camp, which forced him to miss the entire pre-season. Warren suited up for the Pacers first four games of the regular season but ended up having surgery in January to repair the navicular stress fracture. He has been out since then, although there was hope that he would return at some point this season, which is no longer the case.

Justin Holiday has been the primary starter at small forward in Warren’s absence. The eight-year veteran chips in with 11.6 points per game, above his career average of 8.5, and is third on the team in minutes per game. On average, that translates to 22.8 FanDuel Fantasy Points per game.

The Pacers have the night off but will be in Dallas tomorrow night to take on the Mavericks. A line for the game has not yet been set.
