VICTORIA Beckham lifts a weight while taking part in a workout she later described as “torture”.
The Spice Girls star turned fashion designer, 47, wore black lycra from her new range with sportswear giant Reebok for the sweat session in her home gym.
The mum of four posted photos on Instagram yesterday and wrote of her session with fitness consultant Bobby Rich: “Last workout of the week.
“See how Bobby has chosen to torture me this week!!!”
Earlier this week Victoria celebrated Valentine’s Day with throwback pictures with ex-footballer husband David.
She has been asked to perform with the rest of the Spice Girls at The Queen’s upcoming jubilee celebrations.
