New Club Hats

Our new club swimming hats are phase 1 of our club kit refresh.  The bold orange and black design was decided upon as it both makes #TeamBackwell visible to the oposition but also to our coaches.  Being obviously visible to coaches from a distance helps them to identify our swimmers when they are competing and ensure that swimmers receive appropriate feedback for their swims.

We intend the hats will be available in the cafe at the pool during training sessions (details TBC).

All competitive swimmers should wear this new hat when representing Backwell at galas and open meets.   

We know that some have relatively recently bought the now "old-style" hats so the committee have agreed that the club will subsidise each swimmer's first new hat purchase by 50% of the normal selling price of £7.  That means that every swimmer's first new-style hat will cost just £3.50 - an absolute BARGAIN!
