European Aquatics confirms new partnership with Wiz-Team to become Event Management and Accreditation Platform provider

European Aquatics is pleased to announce a new strategic agreement with Wiz-Team, which has been appointed as the federation’s Official Event Management and Accreditation Platform Provider. This partnership is designed to introduce advanced digital tools and innovative solutions to support the planning and delivery of European Aquatics events, contributing to the federation’s wider digital transformation strategy.

The three-year agreement will allow European Aquatics to make use of Wiz-Team’s integrated technology platform, Event-Works, to oversee the logistical and operational components of its events. This includes processes such as registration and accreditation, guest management covering travel and accommodation, as well as the administration of entries and athlete profiles.

By implementing a centralized and fully integrated Event Management System, European Aquatics will be able to simplify operational workflows and enhance the overall experience for participants. Following an information gathering workshop scheduled for mid-February, European Aquatics and Wiz-Team are working together on the phased implementation which will cover all aquatic disciplines as well as corporate events like the Congress.

European Aquatics President Antonio Silva commented:
“This partnership fits seamlessly with the European Aquatics Plan and, in particular, our digital transformation objectives. Our operations teams are eager to collaborate closely with Wiz-Team to ensure that all stakeholders benefit from more efficient and streamlined internal processes.”

Johann Woringer, Founder and CEO of Wiz-Team, added:
“We are delighted to begin this new partnership with European Aquatics by providing our Event-Works applications and delivery services to support their competitions and events. We also look forward to working together and receiving valuable feedback as we prepare to launch our new Evo product line later in 2026. This marks the start of a long-term relationship, and we appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the world of aquatics.”
