European Masters SC Championships – Meet Central
The European Aquatics Masters Championships (25m) take place in Lublin, Poland form December 10th – 14th. A team of over 30 Irish swimmers will compete across four days of racing.

???????????? ????????????..???????? ???????????? Elaine O’Carroll from Kilkenny Masters has won a stunning gold medal and set a new European Record of 38.28 in the 50m Butterfly (65-69 yrs). Charlotte Reid (Aer Lingus Masters) won Ireland’s first medal in Lublin this morning, taking bronze in the 100m Breaststroke (45-49 yrs) in 1:22.75.
Day One: The European Aquatics Masters Short Course Championships got underway today. 38 swimmers representing 17 different Swim Ireland clubs have travelled to Lublin, Poland, to compete in 4 days of racing.
Today included the 100IM, 800 Free, and 50 Breaststroke. The best results from Aoife Sexton of Cork Masters who finished 4th in the 100IM in 1:16.26 (35-29 Age Group) and Charlotte Reid of Aer Lingus Masters who finished 4th in the 50 breastroke in 38.49 (45-49 Age Group). The 4x50m mixed freestyle relay saw Aer Lingus swimmers Cian Wallnutt, Johanna Galvin, Francesca Flores, and Charlotte Reid finish 4th in a new Irish Record of 1:49.41.
