Swim Ireland Club Conference 25/26 Announced!

Following on from the success of the 2025 National Club Conference, Swim Ireland is delighted to announce a series of Club Conferences taking place around Ireland this winter and into spring 2026.

These events are aimed at club committees, and are designed to connect, support, and inspire our clubs and volunteers, offering practical workshops and discussions tailored to the realities of running a modern swimming club.

Dates and Venues

• Sunday 5 October 2025 – Water Polo at Crowne Plaza, Blanchardstown
• Saturday 1 November 2025 – Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown
• Saturday 8 November 2025 – Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick
• Saturday 29 November 2025 – Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone
• Saturday 7 March 2026 – Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn

What to Expect

Each conference will feature interactive sessions, expert speakers, and the chance to share ideas with fellow club leaders and volunteers. Topics will include:

• The Swimming Club/Parent Partnership – Building stronger relationships for the benefit of all
• Start With The Start – What Makes A Great Club Great – Practical guidance for committees and volunteers
• Club Environment Dynamics – Making ‘Difficult’ ‘Easier’ – Tools for strengthening club culture

These conferences are for all club committee members, coaches, and volunteers who want to gain fresh insights, share experiences, and return to their clubs with practical actions.
