Save the date: European Aquatics DEI Recognition & Integrity Forum 2025

European Aquatics is pleased to announce details of the Waves of Change – DEI Recognition & Integrity Forum, taking place in Tbilisi, Georgia. 

This year marks the second time the Forum will be held, and the first in a short-event format, integrated within the official European Aquatics Congress programme. Scheduled for Friday, 26 September 2025, from 09:00 to 12:30 at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace, the Forum is in addition to the Congress programme and is open to all Member Federations, who are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in this important initiative. 

Building on the success of last year’s dedicated European Aquatics DEI Conference in Belfast, this new format reflects a commitment to continuity, while allowing for a more streamlined and accessible approach within the Congress framework. The 2025 Forum will focus on recognising innovative practices and outstanding contributions to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, while also expanding its scope to include key topics related to Integrity – underlining the shared responsibility to foster a culture of fairness, respect, and accountability across the aquatics community. 

Further details, including the full programme, will be announced in due course. For now, Member Federations are invited to save the date and join us in the Georgian capital on Friday 26 September.
