NOTICE OF AGENDA AND NOMINATIONS FOR AGM
Notice is given that the agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Ringwood Seals will be held at 7pm on Friday 20 June 2025 at the Freedom Cafe, Ringwood Health & Leisure, Parsonage Barn Lane, Ringwood, BH24 1PX, is as follows:
- To receive the Chairperson’s report of the activities of the Club for the year ended 31 December 2024;
- To receive and consider the Club’s accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the report on the accounts of the independent examiner of the Club and the Treasurer’s report on the financial position of the Club – examined accounts available on the Members Only page;
- To remove and elect the independent examiner (who must not be a member of the Committee or a member of the family of a member of the Committee) or confirm that he/she remain in office;
- To elect the Executive Officers and other members of the Committee;
- To decide on any resolution which may be duly submitted in accordance with Rule 9.6 – none have been submitted;
