Skills Clinics – Freestyle Drill Progression for Age Group Athletes
Swim Ireland’s Regional Pathway Development Coaches will deliver series of Skills Clinics focused on Freestyle later this month.
The clinics are aimed at age group coaches working with athletes aged 12 & under and will focus on Freestyle drill progressions.
Event Details
A 90-minute session for Age Group Coaches led by the Head Coach of the host club or the Regional Pathway Development Coach. When you register for the clinic, you will receive an outline of our current thinking on the foundations of Freestyle technique and some of the drills that can be used to support the development of a strong technical foundation. Coaches should arrive on time for the session.
A CPD point will be credited to your Swim Ireland profile on completion of the clinic.
