Important notice for entries for Round 1 of the East District Age Group Championships
Following closure of entries for Round 1 of the East District Championships 2022/2023 the District recognises athletes, at this time, are not yet at pre-COVID levels. The Meet Management team have had a review and are now inviting any athlete who has a time gained that meets the criteria below to submit their entry. Please send an updated file with any additional entries by noon 17th November at which point the Meet Management team will aim to accommodate as many athletes as possible.
Times submitted should be achieved on or after 1st January 2021. The following types of events will be accepted:
SASA accredited meets and time trials (L1 & L2)
Equivalent (L1 and L2) meets organised by ASA affiliated counties or clubs or other FINA affiliated organisations.
Entries may be considered, for 400m/800m/1500m distance events only, where times submitted have been signed off by a Referee, starter or Judge 2 experienced official. Clubs should submit the signed off times with their email of entries.
