Arizona State head swimming coach Bob Bowman, best known for his work as Michael Phelps’ personal coach, confirmed his involvement in sending inappropriate, sexual text messages to a former Olympic swimmer before being hired at ASU, Jeff Metcalfe of the Arizona Republic reports.
