Le Clos very happy with his Commonwealth Games campaign

April 11, 2018. South African swimmer Chad le Clos, at Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast, says it’s been an amazing week after the Commonwealth Games swimming competition finished up. Le Clos, who was chasing history trying to win six medals at a single Games, says it was a great week personally for him, meeting his individual targets and winning three golds in the 50m, 100m and 200m butterfly, a silver in the 100m freestyle and a bronze in the 4x100m medley relay. Le Clos also says Australian swimmer Mitch Larkin’s haul of five gold medals is “unbelievable” and he’s delighted for him. (AAP Video/Carol Cho)
