You probably saw that Louis Rees Zammit is returning to Rugby Union after his attempt to make it to the NFL. When he left he was one of the fastest players in world rugby and is probably even quicker now.
Next up Pontypridd’s pre-season schedule continues when Newport RFC visit Sardis Road on Saturday 9th August, the match kicks off at 2:30pm. Newport’s last visit to Sardis came on Thursday 29th February 2024, and it was the Black and Ambers who triumphed in front of the S4C cameras that evening.
