Munster Rugby and the IRFU are pleased to confirm the signings of props Conor Bartley and Dian Bleuler on short-term contracts. Young Munster RFC prop Bartley, who can play on both sides of the scrum, joins the province on a short-term deal.
We spoke to Academy & Pathway Manager Gar Prendergast this week ahead of a very busy period for the province’s young players. The IRFU ‘A’ Interprovincial Men’s Championship has returned for 2024/25 with Munster A kicking off the campaign away to Leinster A this Friday at Lakelands (5pm).
There were 13 Munster senior and Academy players in Energia All Ireland League action for their clubs at the weekend. In Division 1A, Scott Buckley and Danny Sheahan helped Cork Constitution secure a draw at home against St Mary’s College at Temple Hill.
