I know it was pretty obvious anyway and Dan said from the off in the HDM but Myler confirms that Rapana has been specifically brought in to play fullback.
We’ve had a lot of players in recent years who’ve seemingly had a pop at the club when leaving. If anyone could feel hard done by it would probably be Jack Walker and the position he finds himself in, but noticed he’s been quite complimentary. As alluded to in the article, Myler knows how to deal with players and players will have a certain level of respect for him and what’s he’s achieved as a player. All due respect to Clarkey and AP it just seems a better environment having a real rugby man dealing with these things.
