September 11th Our Senior team kicked of their Bank of Ireland Munster Senior Challenge Cup first home fixture last Saturday in a highly entertaining game at a Kilballyowen. Clonmel started the more brightly and an early try within 5 mins gave them the early lead.

Why I thought it was a good idea to make my own ‘soccer cards’ As coaches we need all the help we can get to deliver the best program for the development of our team. To do so, invite other coaches and senior players to come and deliver specific programs.
Pontypridd have strengthened their back line for the coming season with the addition of a number of players to cover the full back and wing positions. Lloyd Rowlands and Dale Stuckey remain in place from the previous campaign...
