According to Football Insider, the Premier League champions view the 23-year-old French international as a dream target ahead of the summer window. And it’s easy to see why. Olise has been absolutely electric in the Bundesliga this season.
Why It Won’t Happen
Olise is locked into a long-term contract at Bayern, and Uli Hoeness has already slammed the door shut on any summer sale. Bayern aren’t selling, full stop.
Even if they were, the asking price would be astronomical. Liverpool need to strengthen across multiple positions this summer, and blowing the entire transfer budget on one player — however brilliant — would be reckless squad management.
The Verdict
Olise is a generational talent who lit up the Premier League with Crystal Palace and is now thriving in Europe’s elite. He has zero reason to leave. This one belongs firmly in the fantasy transfer category.
Liverpool need a Salah replacement, but they’ll need to look elsewhere.
