Former Tottenham striker begs club to sack Igor Tudor in brutal ‘worst coach around’ rant
A former Tottenham Hotspur striker has delivered a furious reaction to the club’s current struggles, calling for the sacking of Igor Tudor as pressure continues to build at Spurs.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have every reason to feel frustrated and dejected as they watch their club’s performances this season.
Spurs have barely looked convincing in most of the games they have played this term, with the year 2026 bringing out the worst of this Tottenham side, who are yet to win a single match.
Tuesday’s clash against Atletico Madrid was yet another difficult outing for this group of players, who were well beaten and found themselves 4-0 down before the 30th-minute mark.

Spurs did at least manage to make the scoreline somewhat more respectable, losing by a three-goal margin as the match ended 5-2.
The manager in the dugout has received plenty of criticism this season, and so have several players, but former striker Mido, who signed for Spurs in 2006, went a step further by calling for those higher up at the club to be dismissed.
In a post on X, Mido criticised the appointment of Igor Tudor and questioned the decision-makers behind the scenes, while also expressing his frustration at the direction Tottenham have taken.
Mido wrote: “Whoever appointed Tudor must get the sack cause I’m sure he never watched #Juventus under him!! He is one of the worst coaches around! No tactics no Game plan and man to man management 0!!
“Can’t handle the pressure and can’t deal with the media!! Plz sack him today not tomorrow!! No time for bulls**t anymore.. the club doesn’t deserve this s**t!! #COYS #Tottenham #save_tottenham”
Spurs pressure grows on Igor Tudor
Of course, Tudor has looked out of his depth since joining Tottenham less than a month ago, with the former Juventus man losing all four of the games he has taken charge of.
It was reported that Spurs were not too keen on parting ways with the interim boss following the Crystal Palace defeat last week, as they preferred not to make any more managerial changes this term.
However, reports now claim that Tottenham have set a timeline for Tudor, giving the Croat limited time to turn things around or face the sack.
