First they need to find another preferred bidder who will then need to pass the flaky EFL test. After they buy the club it then needs serious investment just to keep it stable let alone move forward.
Blues would still have been promoted starting on -15 but I aint so sure about SW
Sheffield Wednesday will be nailed on for L2 with a 15 point deduction, I'd have thought.
I remember Leeds starting a league one season with a points deduction which I think may have been 15 pts. They still managed to reach the play-off final that season.
