Barcelona and Manchester United among Vlahovic options for 2026 free transfer
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United are among the clubs that could sign Dusan Vlahovic on a free transfer next season.
Serbia international Vlahovic is expected to leave Juventus at the end of his contract in June, and Thursday’s printed edition of Gazzetta dello Sport reports that at least three European clubs are monitoring his situation at the Allianz Stadium.
Why Barcelona, Atletico and Man United may need Vlahovic
According to the pink paper, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United are among the clubs that will likely need a new centre-forward in 2026, and Vlahovic could be the answer to their needs.
According to the report, Atletico already sounded out the striker’s availability earlier this summer, just in case Julian Alvarez or Alexander Sorloth had left.
At the same time, Barcelona will need a heir to Robert Lewandowski, who will turn 38 in August 2026, while Manchester United are ‘constantly changing’ and will seek a more consistent centre-forward than Joshua Zirkzee.
Vlahovic’s salary request revealed
La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Fabiana Della Valle reported earlier this month that Vlahovic’s priority is to move to the Premier League next summer, but he’ll demand a €10m-a-year salary and a €10m signing bonus.
The Serbia international is the best Juventus scorer this season with four goals in four appearances across all competitions.
