Tottenham confirm ticket pricing for four Champions League home fixtures
The pricing category for tickets to each of Tottenham’s four home games in the league phase of the Champions League has now been announced.
Tottenham found out their opponents in the opening round of the Champions League last week, with the draw being reasonably favourable for the Lilywhites.
Many Spurs fans are optimistic about their side’s chances after the Champions League draw, and some feel that the club have an excellent chance of finishing in the top eight and sealing direct qualification to the round of 16.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be rocking for the home games as the competition returns to the venue after two years, and the club have now confirmed the pricing of the tickets.
Ticket pricing for Tottenham’s Champions League games
Tottenham take on Villarreal CF, CF Copenhagen, SK Slavia Praha and Borussia Dortmund at home, while they travel to Bodo/Glimt, AS Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain and Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Lilywhites will feel that all four home games are winnable, although Villarreal and Borussia Dortmund are no slouches, with both sides having European pedigree.
Spurs have announced on their official website that each home league phase fixture will be priced as follows:
- Villarreal CF – Tuesday 16 September – Category B
- CF Copenhagen – Tuesday 4 November – Category C
- SK Slavia Praha – Tuesday 9 December – Category C
- Borussia Dortmund – Tuesday 20 January – Category A
Additionally, the club revealed that season ticket holders and One Hotspur Members will be awarded 3 ticketing points for attending this fixture.
Tottenham need to win their home matches
Away games in Europe, particularly in the Champions League, are never easy. Paris Saint-Germain and Eintracht Frankfurt will pose issues for Spurs, while Monaco and Bodo/Glimt will not be walkovers either.
That is why Tottenham have to get close to maximum points from their home games in order to give themselves a chance of finishing in the top eight.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium can be an extremely intimidating atmosphere when the fans find their voice, and supporters need to play a part in making the venue a fortress in the Champions League.
