ColoniaMy subscription was up for renewal last week, and I wanted to check whether it was set to auto-renew and whether I would be receiving the early bird price.
However, I noticed that the ‘My Account’ page was missing. Additionally, under the FAQs section, there is a link labelled ‘manage your account here’, but that link isn’t working either.
My package did renew at the full price but I wrote to them and they refunded £30. The ‘My Account’ page is still missing though.
I’m wondering if this is a deliberate policy to block people accessing their account page at renewal time as I wouldn’t have been able to cancel auto-renewal even if I’d wanted to.
Exactly the same happened to me but I've yet to hear back after e-mailing them. I figured I'd give them a few days as they'll be pretty busy right now
