Galatasaray have Italy international and Juventus striker as alternatives to Osimhen
Galatasaray are still pushing to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent basis from Napoli this summer, but reports in Italy claim that the Turkish giants are also interested in Fiorentina striker Moise Kean and Randal Kolo Muani, who spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan at Juventus.
Osimhen spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Galatasaray after seeing a permanent move away from Napoli fall through right at the end of the summer transfer window in 2024.
The Nigeria international went on to provide 37 goals and eight assists from 41 appearances across all competitions during his time in Istanbul.
Now, with a €75m release clause valid in his contract, Galatasaray are trying to bring Osimhen back on a permanent basis.
Recent reports claim that Galatasaray have agreed terms with the striker himself, but that they have seen an offer in the region of €60m turned down by Napoli.
Kean and Kolo Muani options for Galatasaray
While Galatasaray are still prioritising the signing of Osimhen, reports in Italy claim that they have two other Serie A options lined up as alternatives to the Nigerian.
Those alternatives to Osimhen include Italy international Kean, who netted 25 goals from 44 appearances across all competitions during his first season with La Viola.
The 25-year-old has a €52m release clause in his contract valid until July 15, which TMW claims Galatasaray will be willing to pay if their attempts to sign Osimhen fall through.
Alternatively, TMW claims that Galatasaray are also interested in signing Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain following his successful loan spell with Juventus.
Recent reports claim that Juventus are still keen on bringing Kolo Muani back in for the 2025-26 season, despite the recent arrival of Jonathan David.
