David Gray’s side drew 0-0 with the Bundesliga 3 side in the Netherlands, in what was a competitive contest in 30-degree heat.

As it was the Hibees’ first pre-season friendly, minutes were shared amongst First Team and Academy players that travelled to the training camp. Warren O’Hora, Lewis Gillie, Jacob MacIntyre and Dean Cleland were the only players to complete the full 90.

Hibs, wearing their brand-new 2025/26 shirt, did create some half-decent chances, but couldn’t beat the Duisburg ‘keeper with the match ending in a stalemate.
