It is clear that Solomon would struggle to get too many minutes if he stayed at Hotspur Way, with Ange Postecoglou having an embarrassment of riches in the wide areas, particularly after the arrival of Wilson Odobert.
That is why Solomon has been backed to seal a loan exit from Spurs before the transfer deadline, with various sources reporting a couple of days ago that he was on the verge of a switch to Leeds.
Tottenham insider Paul O’Keefe revealed on Saturday that the Israel international is edging closer to a move to Elland Road, with a medical planned for Sunday. The same information was also later backed up by Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Joe Donnohue.

However, Lugassi has now taken to social media to state that the transfer might collapse in the final stages.
The journalist explains that even though the 25-year-old has passed a medical at Elland Road, there are disagreements between Spurs and Leeds regarding the financial compensation.
Lugassi adds that this might open the door for others to enter the race, with Solomon’s camp thought to be open to a move elsewhere.

I highly doubt that Tottenham would be asking for a sizable loan fee for Solomon, particularly considering they signed him on a free transfer.
Perhaps, the Championship side are unwilling to cover the winger’s wages for the duration of his stay.
