'America's Top One Day Classic' postponed again

Looks like we can pull the Maryland Cycling Classic from the FDS calendar. Due to COVID challenges, the race will be postponed until 2020. The official notice is here-

It could be that Baltimore City is not ready to issue a permit....while Baltimore County has held several large runs, there haven't been any large events in the city. The Baltimore Running Festival (within the city) is scheduled for October 9th, and I am not sure that a permit has been issued for the festival, which draws about 10,000 participants.
