Guantánamo confirmed as Baseball5 champions in Cuba
Guantánamo defeated Havana in the final, 2-0 (13-2 and 3-1), to be confirmed as Cuban Baseball5 National Champions.
Havana fought hard in the second set of the final, forcing two extra innings and becomes the only province to medal in all five editions of the National Championship.
Santiago de Cuba defeated Granma in the bronze-medal game and finished third.
Artemisa, the 2024 runner up, finished in fifth place, while Ciego de Ávila were sixth and Camagüey seventh.

- Male MVP: the Ankara 2023 WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup and 2024 WBSC Baseball5 World winner Joel Blanco Frómeta (Guantánamo).
- Female MVP: Zailin Crespo (Guantanamo).
- Male best defensive player (Manos de Oro-Golden Hands): Ernesto Lachaise (Santiago de Cuba).
- Female best defensive player (Manos de Oro-Golden Hands): Yaima Ramos (Havana)
- Male best hitter (Golpeo de Oro-Golden Shot: Baseball5 legend Briandy Molina (Havana).
- Female best hitter (Golpeo de Oro-Golden Shot: Zailin Crespo (Guantánamo).
- Best Umpire: Daniel Díaz (Granma).
A special award went to the host province Guantánamo.
