[Men's Basketball] Eagles Outlasted by Swedes in First Game of 2022

LINDSBORG, Kan. – Adam Barbieri paced the Eagles with a career-high 18 points and Eric Smith Jr. poured in his tenth double-double of the season but Bethany (13-5, 9-3 KCAC) closed the first half on a big run and weathered a second-half push back from the Eagles (7-10, 6-5 KCAC) to ultimately win 73-65 inside Hahn Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon.
