INDIANAPOLIS – Senior Alex Acosta (Bolingbrook, Ill./Bolingbrook) and senior Trevor Amir (Manhattan, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central) both finished in the Top 20, with Acosta knocking down 1,196 pins and placing 14th and Amir collecting 1,189 pins for 16th place, at the Columbia 300 Western Shootout at Western Bowl in Indianapolis, Ind. this weekend. The Saint Xavier University men's bowling team placed 5th out of 29 teams and totaled 8,850 pins. On Sunday, SXU competed in the Baker Games and tallied 3,174 pins, sixth most on the day.
