Karlo Lopez (JR/Corpus Christi, TX)'s penalty shot goal in the 74th minute lifted UHV to a 2-0 win over Jarvis Christian College in Red River Conference soccer action today at The Cage. Lopez took the shot after Mateo Canales (FR/Albuquerque, N.M.) was hauled down in the box going after a stretch pass and a penatly shot was awarded. The goal was Lopez's team leading 7th of the year and his 3rd game winner.
