India bounce back from Iran defeat, sweep Pakistan 3-0 in Asian Games table tennis
India bounced back from their defeat to Iran with a commanding 3-0 win over Pakistan in the men’s table tennis team event at the Asian Games, with Harmeet Desai, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran and Payas Jain each winning in straight games. India’s women also swept Pakistan to book a quarterfinal spot after opening their campaign with a 3-2 win over Singapore.
