MOUNT VERNON, Ohio – Mount Vernon Nazarene Athletics is pleased to announce that Rachel Parks (SR/Mount Vernon, OH) of women's basketball and Sam Romine (SR/Falling Waters, WV) of men's golf have been named the 2018-19 recipients of the Foster Award.
