In the 5th episode of the Starboard Dream Team series, you can follow our wave sailor Flo Jung during a day in Cape Town. He likes to start his day early checking the forecast, then off for a sick windsurfing session with videographer Samuel Tomé. After sailing, he visits a school he helped found 15 years ago that now teaches 450 kids in Cape Town.
