Sunny start and little waves too

Hello Friends, Contrary to the forecast, this morning dawned with bright blue skies and WSW wind. Out at sea the swell was near the 2 metre mark, 9 seconds apart and still dead south. As the pictures show, that meant it was mostly going past Dee Why.

Hello Friends, Visibility at RealSurf HQ was down to maybe 300 metres when I grabbed the snap of wind-tossed trees around 0830. Said wind was coming from the SW at 13-22 kts, so south ends like Dee Why should have reasonably smooth surface conditions.
