Hello Friends, The point was at full capacity before 0700 this morning thanks to a combination of sunny skies, a light westerly breeze and 1.8 metres of 14-15 second south swell. Wave faces on sets looked to be solidly head high, if not a bit bigger.

Hello Friends, Glassy, sunny and offshore for the early session along the beaches. Swell faded overnight, but there are still a few shoulder high plus sets at the magnets. It’s due to continue to fade across the day, so hitting it earlier rather than later looks to be the plan.
