THE SHARK MENACE SINKS THE ANNUAL LENNOX LONGBOARD CLASSIC – BUT THE BARBIE WENT AHEAD! Unfortunately, last weekend the 18th Lennox Classic was called off on Friday evening at 5.30pm, with the water safety personnel, the Lennox SLSC, reluctantly having to retract their services for the weekend, due to the unrelenting shark menace we have here on our local beaches.The major number of our competitors, and there were over 100, met at Lennox Main on Saturday morning for a BBQ and comp prize giveaways.
