Everton ready to let Allan leave this summer after poor season for Brazil midfielder
EVERTON will let Brazilian midfielder Allan go in the summer at the end of a poor campaign.
Allan, 31, has a year left on his deal but will not be a major part of the Toffees’ plans.

Boss Frank Lampard will have a massive shake-up of his squad and midfield needs some attention.
The Goodison club are also cost-cutting with staff being paid off, or asked to reapply for their jobs.
Allan joined Everton in September 2020 for £22million from Napoli.
Carlo Ancelotti worked with the Brazilian in Italy and handed him a three-year Goodison deal.
Allan played 26 times in all competitions last season, and he has already reached that figure this term.
However, the 10-time Brazil international has been far less influential.
And that has coincided with Everton’s slide down the Premier League table.
The Toffees are just three points above the relegation zone after only winning seven games this season.

And Allan is now set to be cut loose as Lampard looks for inspiration elsewhere.
He could be tempted to explore a permanent move for Dutch loan ace Donny van de Beek.
However, Ajax boss Erik ten Hag is reportedly set to take charge at Man Utd this summer.
And he would surely fancy having ex-Ajax star Van de Beek back at Old Trafford.

Dele Alli has so far failed to make a meaningful impact since his January move from Tottenham.
But any future transfer plans depend on whether Everton can beat the drop.
