[Men's Basketball] Bearcats sign second commit in Wisconsin Lutheran's Jachon Crowder
Brescia University Men's Basketball program has announced the signing of Wing Guard/Forward Jachon Crowder Jr. from Wisconsin Lutheran High School. The 6'4" 200lbs senior brings added size to the Bearcats and is averaging 8.7ppg during his senior year. "Jachon has developed a strong mid-range game he can really shoot the mid-range shot well and he also see the floor well... his vision, mid-range shooting and understanding of offense is a strength for him. He does a good job on the offensive and defensive glass as well. As he continues to develop strength and increases his range I believe he will have a solid career here as a Bearcat" stated Head Coach Brian Skortz. Crowder in a recent post commented on his commitment, "I am glad to be a Bearcat!!!" Crowder makes the second commitment from the State of Wisconsin a recruiting area Coach Skortz knows well. "We are aggressively recruiting nationally, I have alot of connections in many different states, and we are focused on getting the right student-athlete that fits Brescia University well.. We have some very good prospects on our recruiting board, but we are also recruiting heavily in Central and Western Kentucky. This is where we are building our foundation in building our program." added Coach Skortz
