[Women's Basketball] Women's Basketball turns up defense in 89-43 win over Florida National

COLUMBIA, Ky. – No. 15-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's basketball put on a defensive clinic tonight in an 89-43 win over Florida National at Biggers Sports Center.

The Blue Raiders (1-0) limited the Conquistadors to 26.7 percent (16-of-60) shooting from the field while forcing 31 turnovers in the season-opening win. Lindsey Wilson scored 37 points off the Florida National (1-3) miscues.
