[Men's Basketball] Thresher shots don't fall in season-opener against William Woods
NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - With a new coach and many new faces to the varsity floor, the Bethel Threshers (0-1) opened up the 2018-19 season last night at home against the William Woods Owls (1-0). The Threshers came out and kept things competitive throughout the entire 40 minutes of action, but were edged out due to a relatively cold night shooting. Dakota Foster (JR/Moore, Okla.) led the squad with 20 points and Jaylon Scott (FR/Allen, Texas) had a solid first collegiate game in the 83-69 loss.
